Shipping, Orders, Returns

All sales whether through this web site or e-bay are final. Please call or e-mail for any additional information needed before you order. All items are as described as completely as possible. ASK if you are unsure of any item or description. 

We ship Fed Express, Fed EX Ground, We no longer ship UPS (click here to see why), US Mail or truck, which ever is easier, and cheapest. Insurance is extra. Once delivered to the shipper the package is out of our control. We will be glad to work with you in the case of damage or lost items. We package our items very carefully. All items are wrapped, cushioned,  glass items are double boxed. Large heavy items may be boxed in wood crates. 

ANY loss due to damage from the shipper or lost items; we will make claim for the damage or missing item. We will not refund your sales. If you chose not to insure the item it is at your risk! If there is damage to the box please open the box in the presence of the shipper if possible. Note any damage or missing parts. SAVE THE SHIPPING BOX and ALL PACKING. Most shippers will not make payment if the shipping container is not saved!!! Call or e-mail if you receive a damaged or loss shipment. We can not settle any claims if it is not reported within 24 hours of delivery or if you disposed of the shipping box. We are not responsible for denied claims by the shipping company.

All claims usually will be handled within 14 days by the shipper and a claim paid within 7 to 14 days. We will send you the total amount of the claim as soon as we receive it.

We do not ship to areas outside the US or Canada unless a $40 handling charge is added.
Please expect additional delays in shipping to Canada and Europe. All payments must be in US funds. Shipment will be held until payments clear. ALL international orders must be accompanied by your phone number. Customs duties, tariffs etc are the responsibility of the buyer. WE WILL NOT FALSIFY ANY DECLARED AMOUNTS TO AVOID TARIFFS, DUTIES ETC. DON'T ASK!
